Die back problems

Anybody ever have problems with die back using an LPH400 LVX ORANGE AIR CAP getting die back really bad next day, Euro clear 2:1 sprayed at 30 psi

That is really strange i been using that cap over a 1.4 fluid nozzle for over 5 years and it has made me a better painter one thing I only use 16 to 19 psi inlet it will be interesting to see what hub has to say

Hi Phill, Here are a few causes for die back and not necessarily in this order,( Poor ventilation ) ( like turning the exhaust fan off before the ambient air iS clear of solvent vapors ( Solvent to fast for the ambient temperature ) ( top coating over an uncured sub-straight ) ( error in the reduction ratio ) ( too Fast film set causing suffocation ) COMPRESSED AIR HUMIDITY OVER 10% And if you want to really have die back, have combination of the above :mrgreen:
